SEP9813 Waterproof Coating
SEP9813A and SEP9813B is a one-component silane-modified polyether waterproof coating that cures upon contact with moisture in the air to form a waterproof film. This product is environmentally friendly and safe, applicable for low-temperature construction, and
features excellent adhesion to various common substrates such as concrete, metal and
waterproof membranes. It also has a high elongation at break and good waterproof and
sealing performance, causing no pollution or corrosion to substrates.

Moderate tensile strength and elongation at break, effectively avoiding the risk of
cracking.
Typical Applications
Suitable for roof waterproof renovation, waterproofing works on the bottom, side
walls and top of basements, as well as waterproofing projects in kitchens and
bathrooms. Also applicable for waterproofing of balconies, terraces and non-exposed roofs, and can be used for enhanced waterproof construction of detailed structures such as pipe

Please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before using this product. Prior to construction, thoroughly clean the substrate surface to make it clean, flat
and firm; repair cracks and holes in advance, and form circular transitions at internal
and external corners. Applicable for troweling and roller coating; apply 2 to 3 coats to ensure a continuous, pinhole-free film. Apply the next coat only after the previous one is surface-dried. For leakage-prone areas such as pipe roots, internal and external corners, and post- cast strips, lay non-woven fabric or fiberglass mesh as a reinforcement layer. Notes

methods, climate, etc.), pre-testing must be conducted and the product's applicability
independently verified to meet construction requirements before using our products. The company shall be responsible for the performance of products stored and used
correctly within the shelf life. If the product fails to meet quality requirements, the
user may request a replacement. Except for the aforesaid, the company shall not be
liable for any other direct or indirect liabilities. Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 20L/drum, 200L/drum; special specifications are available on order. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place at 8-30℃ with a shelf life of six months.
