Common Used Sealants Based on Silane End-capped Polyether
SEP995is a one component silane end-capped polyether sealant, containing no solvent, no isocyanate,
no small organic silicon molecule nor polymer.
It's environmental friendly, low VOC, without contaminating substrate. It is cured by absorbing the
moisture in the air at room temperature.
Usually not need a primer before apply. It could adapt to thermal expansion and contraction due to
inherent elasticity,
It performs good adhesive to variety of construction materials such as concrete, cement, stone, glass, etc.,
therefore it could be commonly used.

Please check the MSDS before using this product.
Ensuring the sealing surface clean, dry, no oil, and move bur before applying.
Temperatureandhumiditywouldaffectthecuringperformanceofthesealants,recommended
applying temperature:5～40℃.
For some substrate such as cement and concrete, you could use their matched primer while
applying.
Could not used for structural bonding.
